Menceritakan tentang seluruh dunia yang kini telah mempekerjakan robot-robot A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) menyerupai manusia bernama HumaGear untuk mengerjakan kegiatan yang biasanya dilakukan oleh manusia biasa. Salah satu perusahaan besar yang mempelopori teknologi terbaru ini adalah Hiden Intelligence. Namun, sebuah organisasi teroris bernama Metsubou Jinrai telah menciptakan sebuah program yang dapat merubah HumaGear menjadi senjata pemusnah manusia. Disitulah pasukan tempur benama Artificial Intelligence Military Service Squad (A.I.M.S. Squad) dibentuk untuk mencegah tindakan terorisme organisasi tersebut. CEO terbaru Hiden Intelligence bernama Aruto Hiden memutuskan untuk menjadi Kamen Rider Zero-One demi menghentikan rencana jahat tersebut.
Synopsis:
Tells about all over the world who now employ A.I. robots. (Artificial Intelligence) resembles humans named HumaGear to carry out activities that are normally carried out by ordinary humans. One of the big companies that pioneered this latest technology is Hiden Intelligence. However, a terrorist organization called Metsubou Jinrai has created a program that can turn HumaGear into a weapon of human destruction. That is where the combat troops of the Artificial Intelligence Military Service Squad (A.I.M.S. Squad) were formed to prevent the organization’s terrorism. The latest CEO of Hiden Intelligence named Aruto Hiden decided to become Kamen Rider Zero-One to stop the evil plan.
